Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of pharmaceutical key account management or similar.
• Ideal retina experience with RCA relationships.
• Proven track record with C-suite executives of GPOs, MSOs or large provider networks.
• Must be familiar with contracting and account management of large provider networks.
• Strong communication, influencing and relationship management skills.
• Able to travel up to 70%.

Responsibilities

• Develop national account strategy for RCA and manage customer engagement at senior levels.
• Support launch planning by developing access strategies for RCA.
• Identify threats and develop responses to ensure access and product utilization.
• Manage GTN performance and financials across contracts.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Sales, Marketing, and Medical Affairs.
• Provide SME to Commercial and Medical Affairs on RCA dynamics.
