Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out segmentation of the database and implementing sportsbook remarketing strategies;
  • Compose and plan email newsletter campaigns according to the schedule of most valuable sport events;
  • Sportsbook customers retention(including creation of new manual promo activities, gamification, etc.);
  • Ensuring all email campaigns comply with current email best practice in the industry;
  • Communication about promo events and segmentation by different GEOs` preferences in sport;
  • Promo plan preparation in connection with sport events schedule;
  • Preparing a technical task to designer and copywriter before every valuable event;
  • A/B Testing on various email campaigns to establish the most effective;
  • Tracking and reporting on email campaigns in order to guide improvements;
  • Analysis of current email marketing campaigns and making recommendations for improvement;
  • Analysis and monitoring of the main KPIs and CRM actions;
  • Creation of and execution of customer engagement/acquisition strategies in line with the company’s; marketing and financial objectives.

Requirements:

  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills;
  • Knowledge of different CRM systems and experience in setting up the trial, and onboarding processes using them (Customer.io , Optimove, Xtreme push);
  • Engagement;
  • Prior experience in retention roles in BETTING (1+ years);
  • Experience and knowledge working with main KPIs such as Churn Rate, Retention Rate, GGR, NGR;
  • Good expertise in sports, odds, markets to create the safest bonus conditions for us;
  • Knowledge of analytical tools, including Google Analytics. Ability to analyze, interpret, draw conclusions and implement solutions to a variety of complex issues;
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills in English;
  • Work experience with chatbots and AI would be highly appreciated;
  • Responsibility for running end-to-end projects as required.
