WOLFpak is seeking a full-time, on-site Retention Marketing Specialist to grow repeat purchases, customer lifetime value, and engagement across our customer base.

This role will own the creative execution and optimization of retention marketing through Klaviyo, including campaign and flow building across email, SMS, app push, and desktop/web push. You’ll combine creativity with data—testing what drives clicks, engagement, and purchase.

• Understanding of A/B testing and performance optimization.

• Build and manage Klaviyo campaigns and automated flows.
• Develop creative email, SMS, app push, and desktop/web push campaigns.
• Create engaging messaging, layouts, offers, and customer journeys.
• Build and optimize welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, win-back, VIP, and other lifecycle flows.
• Run A/B tests on subject lines, creative, messaging, offers, timing, and segmentation.
• Analyze retention metrics including revenue, repeat purchase rate, engagement, conversion, and CLV.
• Segment customers and personalize communication based on behavior and purchase history.
• Collaborate with creative, e‑commerce, and marketing teams around weekly product drops and promotions.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve retention and generate additional revenue.

• Experience with email, SMS, push notifications, segmentation, and automation
• Understanding of A/B testing and performance optimization
• Strong copywriting, communication, and organizational skills
• Comfortable analyzing data and turning insights into action
• E-commerce/DTC brand experience preferred
• Ability to work full‑time, on‑site in Huntington Beach, CA
• We’re looking for someone who can build, create, test, analyze, and improve—not simply manage campaigns.
