Retention Sales Representative-Call Center

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Use established processes to determine customer needs and promote Vyve products ethically.
• Achieve sales and retention goals.
• Enhance customer loyalty by promoting services that improve their quality of life and generate revenue.
• Utilize sales techniques to gain and retain customers.
• Document all customer transactions accurately.
• Maintain professional and courteous communication.
• Engage in sales and service tasks, including process improvement and quality calibration.
• Follow up on customer issues and coordinate with other departments.
• Treat all employees, customers, and vendors with respect.
• Perform other duties as required.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum 1-year experience in sales or a customer-facing environment.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to technology changes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience in a goal-oriented environment.
