Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full-time Retention Marketing Manager to join our team at Gamewise in Buffalo, New York. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development, execution, and optimization of our customer retention strategies. Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $81,900 - $110,600 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing retention marketing team, providing clear direction, setting KPIs, conducting regular 1:1s, and guiding daily execution and campaign optimization
  • Plan, execute, and analyze multi-channel lifecycle campaigns, ensuring they are timely, on-brand, and tailored to segmented customer groups to drive engagement, retention, and reactivation
  • Leverage data and insightsto identify churn indicators, conduct A/B testing, and continuously refine strategies to improve customer lifetime value and retention rates
  • Collaborate with creative and content teamsto develop compelling messaging and visuals that align with campaign goals and brand voice
  • Support product launches and seasonal initiativeswith retention-focused strategies, while generating actionable insights to enhance segmentation and campaign performance
More about you
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retention, CRM, or lifecycle marketing, with at least 1 year in a people management role
  • Strong knowledge of CRM tools such as Braze, Klaviyo, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Tableau
  • Experience designing, executing, and optimizing multi-touch customer journeys
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making
