Job summary

Gallagher Benefit Services is seeking a driven professional to partner with organizations on important people decisions, shaping benefit strategies and wellbeing programs. This hybrid role combines account management, production tasks, and growth objectives across existing and new clients.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree with related experience or substantial equivalent experience, plus a license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years related experience required, or High School Diploma/GED and 10 years related experience.
• License required.
• CPCU/CIC/ARM preferred.
• Excellent sales capabilities; outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the development and acquisition of new business revenue from clients.
• Provide a high level of client service to assigned accounts.
• Balance renewal/retention with new business goals; may manage others.
• Handle a hybrid role combining account management and production tasks.

How you'll make an impact

Has both account management and production responsibilities--hybrid role. Has both renewal/retention and new business goals. May manage others. Responsible for the combined functions of the development and successful acquisition on new business revenue from new and existing clients and providing a high level of client service to assigned accounts. Performs heavy, ongoing servicing of accounts.

About You

Required: Bachelor's degree and 5 years related experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 10 years related experience required. License required.
Preferred: Professional designation such as Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) or Associate in Risk Management (ARM) preferred. Excellent sales capabilities; outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
