A leading company in the event industry is seeking an Account Manager to drive business growth and manage client relationships. The role involves achieving sales targets, negotiating contracts, and identifying upsell opportunities within a large account base. Ideal candidates will have experience in sales or account management, particularly with SaaS products, and strong communication skills.

The Account Management Team is responsible for retaining and growing our fast-growing customer base, consisting of sales returning customers, as well as self sign-on event creators. The team’s main focus is to maximize value from their account book of business by retaining the best-fit customers through contract renewals and upsell opportunities.
The Account Management Team operates with high velocity outreach, engaging with creators at the right commercial moments throughout their customer journey. This team is responsible for understanding event creators’ business trends to identify opportunities for mutual growth.
As an Account Manager, you will manage accounts to achieve sales targets, generate new business opportunities, and foster long-term relationships.
The salary range for this role considers various factors including skills, experience, certifications, and organizational needs. The estimated range is $74,300 - $133,800 USD, not adjusted for geographic location. Compensation decisions depend on individual circumstances. You may also be eligible for incentive programs such as equity, bonuses, and commissions.
