Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil, geotechnical, or structural engineering.
• Experience with retaining walls, earth-retention systems, or related sites.
• Ability to interpret drawings, calculations, specs, and geotechnical reports.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD or Civil 3D and standard documentation tools.
• Strong communication skills and ability to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review calculations, plans, details, specs, and submittals for walls and related site improvements.
• Evaluate drawings, geotechnical data, and construction constraints.
• Perform analyses on stability, bearing capacity, sliding, and drainage.
• Translate requirements into clear construction documents for estimating and field teams.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, engineers, and inspectors.
• Visit active sites to review conditions, observe installation, and document conformance.
