Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil, geotechnical, or structural engineering.
• Experience with retaining walls, earth-retention systems, and related site work.
• Ability to prepare and interpret engineering calculations, drawings, specs, and reports.
• Knowledge of building codes, permitting, and construction practices.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD or Civil 3D and standard engineering tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review calculations, plans, details, specs for retaining walls and related site works.
• Evaluate drawings, geotechnical reports, and construction constraints.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and engineering partners.
• Support permitting, design revisions, and RFIs.
• Visit active sites to review conditions and document conformance.
• Prepare project scopes, budgets, schedules, and quantities.
• Maintain design files, calculations, records, and correspondence.
• Identify risks early and propose practical safety, quality, and cost solutions.
• Support multiple projects with priority communication.
