Job summary

Ollie’s in Parma, OH is seeking a Retail Zone Specialist to assist customers and maintain the store appearance within a designated zone. You will help with merchandising, pricing, and responding to shopper questions while promoting promotions.

Responsibilities include receiving shipments, organizing the zone, and keeping the store tidy. A high school diploma is preferred, with flexibility for evenings and weekends and a positive, team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all product within the zone is merchandised and recovered per the visual merchandise standards.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Maintain assigned zone in a neat and organized fashion and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
