Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience of 6+ months preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Positive attitude and teamwork-focused.

Responsibilities

• Ensure department merchandise is displayed and recovered per the visual merchandise standards.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and donation programs year‑round.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, and training new Associates.
• Maintain assigned zone neat and organized and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
