Sun Com Mobile, LLC seeks a Retail Sales Consultant in Socorro, TX, to deliver complete, high-quality sales that beat company benchmarks. You will drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories while following management guidance and performance targets.

As a role model for new hires, you will also perform other tasks assigned by management and adhere to all store procedures, cash handling, and inventory controls.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Minimum of 4 days/30 hours per week and able to stand for long periods.
• Reliable transportation to location, training and off-site meetings.
• Spanish language skills preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver complete, high quality sales that exceed benchmarks on key metrics.
• Drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories per guidance.
• Model behaviors and support new hires and peers in sales roles.
• Adhere to store policies, cash procedures and inventory controls.
• Master required systems and maintain accurate sales paperwork.
