Job summary

Prime Communications is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant in the Hampton Township area to help customers stay connected by recommending AT&T wireless, entertainment, and connectivity solutions while delivering an exceptional in-store experience.

Earn base pay plus commission with a potential of $40,000 to $50,000+ per year, plus a ramp-up bonus and benefits. This role requires strong communication, a customer-focused mindset, and availability to work evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Previous customer-facing experience required; retail or sales experience preferred.
• A competitive, goal-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and other business needs as required.
• Reliable transportation to and from the assigned store location.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed.
