Qualifications

• Experience with wholesale/b2B is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service to wholesale and retail customers.
• Manage wholesale inbox and respond to inquiries, pricing, orders, and account needs.
• Process wholesale orders, verify pricing, quantities, and shipping requirements.
• Support independent brokers and territory reps with day-to-day sales tasks.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Fulfillment, Logistics, and QA to resolve order issues.
