Retail Warehouse Team Leader (Fulfillment, Outbound)

JOB TYPE – Regular, Full-time, Hourly Team Leader; In Location, Onsite; Retail, Supervisor, People and Business Management, Home Furnishing; Warehouse, Order Fulfillment, Outbound, Outflow

HOURS – From 38 to 40 hours per week (HL4)

SHIFTS – Fully open work schedule availability including evenings and weekends required; Operations generally range between the window of 6am to 11pm; Minimum one weekend off per month; Work schedules are published one month in advance

PAY – The starting rates/salary for this position range from $23.61 to $33.67 and will be based on equivalent work experience

POSTING – The anticipated closing date is on or around 01/29/25

Key Responsibilities

What you'll be doing day to day:

  • Contributing to a seamless customer experience with a safe and efficient in-store logistics process.
  • Securing product availability with the highest quality at the lowest cost with a safe, sustainable and healthy work environment in mind.
  • Securing the right balance of inbound and outbound volume, by considering space, equipment and people, to maximize efficient retail store logistics operations.
  • Managing daily flow operation through quality of products, merchandising and stock accuracy.
  • Ensuring your team of goods flow co-workers have the knowledge and empowerment to secure goods availability and to enable the customer order fulfillment process.
  • Contributing to and following up on the retail store logistics action plan.
  • Contributing to long-term profitability goals in a sustainable and environmentally friendly way.
  • Promoting health and safety in goods handling.
Qualifications
  • 3 years of experience leading a team, preferably in a retail warehouse environment.
  • Experience managing budgets and goals.
