Job summary

IKEA in Charlotte, NC is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate to assist customers, offer product advice and maintain a tidy, well-stocked sales floor.

You’ll guide customers to top-selling items, assemble displays, and participate in a positive, inclusive team environment. The role is permanent, 12-19.5 hours per week, with weekend availability and benefits including PTO, WiselyPay, parental leave, tuition discount, and more.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in retail sales, preferably in the home furnishing sector.

$17.58 - $24.82 / hr
