Starting pay ranges from $15.50 to $16.25 depending on job duty/position:

• $15.50 = Sales Clerk, Designated Sales Clerk, Custodian, Tagger/Roller Hard, Tagger/Roller Soft
• $15.75 = Clothing Sorter/Hanger, Hardware Sorter
• $16.00 = Bed & Bath, Books, CDC Ambassador, FOLI, Jewelry, Recycler, Shoes
• $16.25 = Clothing Grader, Hardware Pricer, Material Handler
