Job summary

MICRO CENTER in Austin, TX is seeking self-motivated Retail Warehouse Associates with high-volume experience to load/unload merchandise, replenish stock, and perform store maintenance in our big box computer retail store. The role emphasizes customer service and world-class experiences.

Major responsibilities include web pick-up processing, shipments handling, inventory, and floor displays. Flexible scheduling and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to communicate professionally.
• Ability to handle multiple customers simultaneously and maintain a professional appearance.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly and stand for long periods.
• Shift times may include mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Execute the 18-minute Web Pick-Up process to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Process incoming and outgoing shipments, including pick-packs and backhauls.
• Maintain department/store cleanliness, conduct cycle counts, stock and replenish products, assist merchandising.
• Support store operations by maintaining loss prevention awareness and assisting with physical inventory.
• Assemble floor displays and re-sets.
• Assist customers with carry-in/out.
• Participate in open and close procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
