Job summary

MICRO CENTER is seeking self-motivated, results-oriented Retail Warehouse Associates to load and unload merchandise, replenish stock, and perform store maintenance in our big box computer retail store in Sharonville, OH. The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and accuracy in daily operations.

Responsibilities include handling shipments, maintaining displays, assisting customers, and participating in opening/closing procedures. Experience in retail or warehouse environments is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Sincere interest in helping customers and driving world-class customer experiences.
• Ability to communicate professionally and handle multiple customers.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Physical requirements: lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly; stand for long periods.
• Shifts include hours before/after store hours; mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Previous retail customer service or warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute Web Pick-Up processes and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Process shipments (pick-packs, backhauls, returns).
• Maintain department and store by keeping areas clean, counting stock, stocking product.
• Support store operations and policy adherence; assist with physical inventory.
• Assemble floor displays and re-sets.
• Assist customers and perform carry-in/out tasks.
• Participate in opening and closing procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
