Job summary

IKEA USA in Merriam, KS is seeking a warehouse associate to support order fulfillment across sales channels. You’ll ensure inventory accuracy at receiving, move products to storage or floor, and perform replenishment and order picking to deliver a strong customer experience.

Role requires 2 years in a high-volume warehouse, physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and certification in power equipment preferred. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in high volume warehouse or receiving/replenishment.
• Physical demands: Lifting, pushing/pulling, sliding/transferring and carrying up to 50 lbs.
• Certification in at least one power mobile equipment (forklift, electric pallet jack) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receiving inbound goods and ensuring inventory accuracy at point of receiving.
• Move product to final selling location (storage or floor).
• Perform sales space replenishment according to visual merchandising guidance.
• Pick and prepare customer orders within the agreed timeframe.
• Handle goods (unloading, transporting, replenishing, stocking in/out, picking, loading).
• Operate scanner equipment and inventory management tools including IT systems.
• Certify powered mobile equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks.
