What you'll be doing day to day
• Contribute to fulfilling customer orders across sales channels by ensuring efficient product availability and replenishment.
• Receive inbound goods and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Move products to final selling locations, both in storage and on the sales floor.
• Perform sales space replenishment following visual merchandising guidelines.
• Select goods for customers within the designated timeframes, ensuring high-quality delivery in a multichannel environment.
• Follow store inventory control procedures, including transfer types and inventory counts.
• Promote an environment that embraces IKEA's culture and diversity among co-workers and customers.
Qualifications
• 2-3 years of experience in high-volume warehouse operations or replenishment roles.

Hours: 12-20 hours/week, including overnight shifts from Monday to Saturday, 3:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Pay Range: $21.06 - $30.09 per hour
