Job summary

IKEA is seeking a part-time warehouse associate in Massachusetts to perform core warehouse processes including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, replenishment, and storing of goods with a focus on accuracy, safety, and customer satisfaction. You will operate daily workflows using available systems and tools to support efficient operations and data integrity.

Shift hours between 5 AM and 9 PM, 12–20 hours per week, weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Perform core warehouse processes including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, replenishment, and storing of goods with a focus on accuracy and safety.
• Unload, process, and handle inbound and outbound merchandise safely and securely.
• Contribute to goal setting and support local plans and improvement projects.
• Follow health, safety, and security rules and collaborate with colleagues on tasks.
