What you'll be doing day to day

Contribute to fulfilling customer orders across different sales channels in the retail store by ensuring an efficient product availability and replenishment process. Responsibilities include receiving inbound goods and ensuring inventory accuracy at the point of receipt, moving products to their final selling locations (storage or sales floor), performing sales space replenishment following visual merchandising guidelines, selecting goods for customers within the agreed time frame to ensure quality delivery in a multichannel environment, adhering to store inventory control procedures, and contributing to an environment where the IKEA culture is strong and inclusive of diverse co-workers and customers.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 2 years of experience in high-volume warehouse operations or receiving/replenishment roles.

HOURS: Hourly role. Retail environment, must have open availability Monday through Sunday.
The pay range for this role is $19.68 - $28.11.
