Overview

The Warehouse Associate will understand and complete the goals set by the Operations Supervisor and/or Lead. The Associate must communicate clearly and effectively to ensure they remain on task, especially with other departments, to ensure a constant order flow.

What You'll Do

1. Effectively use systems and processes applicable to the department.
2. Prepare and complete orders for receipt, delivery, or pickup according to schedule.
3. Maintain quality service by accurately following set processes and standards.
4. Work individually and within small groups.
5. Maintain a safe working environment by following procedures, rules, and regulations, including motor vehicle maintenance.
6. Ensure proper handoff to the following shift(s).
7. Follow departmental SLAs.
8. Perform other incidental and related duties as required.
9. Work at or above established productivity standards.
10. Contribute proactively to a team environment that is enjoyable, sharing suggestions, ideas, and concerns while upholding Crocs Inc. values.

What You'll Bring to the Table

1. Must be 16 years old or older.
2. High school diploma or equivalent experience.
3. Good oral and written communication skills.
4. Good problem-solving skills.
5. Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and long hours, with regular attendance.
6. Physical ability to move merchandise across the warehouse, climb ladders, lift 30 pounds or more with assistance, and be on your feet for at least 8 hours per shift.
7. Ability to read instructions, reports, and information on screens, and to input data into computers.
