Description

Hours/Week: Up to 30 Hrs (Part Time)

Scheduled Hours: Hours vary - Sunday through Saturday. During events and other circumstances as needed, hours may vary Monday through Sunday.

Breaks: 30-minute unpaid meal break and one 15-minute paid break every four hours

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Job Purpose

Assist with all aspects of maintaining efficiency online and in-store, including timely shipments of online orders, preparing and processing Mod Shop merchandise orders, maintaining organized warehouse merchandise, inventory control, processing retail store inventory, checking in deliveries, transferring products, etc.

Essential Job Functions

Shipping Online and In-Store Orders

• Process all orders accurately and timely, including online, in-store, and social media orders.

Processing of All Inventory

• Check in merchandise from vendors, verify stock levels, and organize products on warehouse shelves by SKU.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and organization.
• Prepare merchandise for sale (pre-tagging, folding, hanging).

Physically Receive Merchandise Shipments

• Compare received quantities to packing lists, recount discrepancies, and document shipments properly.

Maintenance of Merchandise Warehouse Inventory

• Ensure timely and accurate placement, stocking, and restocking of products.

Requirements

Abilities

• Perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy, lift up to 40 pounds, exercise decision-making, and collaborate effectively.

Work Environment

• Primarily indoor; may encounter outdoor conditions, noise, dust, fumes, and other materials. Work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred; high school diploma or G.E.D. required; work experience considered.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
