Job summary

Ashley Furniture Las Vegas distribution center seeks a Retail Warehouse Associate to safely receive, move, store, assemble, and prepare furniture for customer pickup or delivery.

You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, inspect merchandise, and maintain inventory accuracy while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Able to lift, carry, push, pull, and move items up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Safely receive, move, store, assemble, and prepare furniture throughout the warehouse.
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, lifts, pallet jacks, and dollies.
• Inspect and prepare merchandise to meet Ashley quality standards.
• Load, unload, organize, and stage merchandise to support inventory accuracy.
• Assist with product preparation, minor repairs, touch-ups, and repackaging.
• Support inventory management activities, including counts and audits.
• Provide exemplary customer service in the warehouse and at customer homes.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and complete documentation on time.

Your Impact on OurRetail Fulfillment Centers:

• Safely receive, move, store, assemble, and prepare furniture and home furnishings throughout the warehouse and distribution process.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, lifts, pallet jacks, and dollies, while following all safety procedures.

• Physical Capability: Able to safely lift, carry, push, pull, and maneuver furniture and merchandise weighing up to 100 pounds, withassistancefor heavier items as needed, while performing frequent physical activity throughout the workday.
• Warehouse & Technical Skills: Experience in warehouse, distribution, retail, furniture handling, inventory, assembly, material handling, or powered industrial equipment operation is preferred but notrequired; we will train the right candidate.
