Job summary

Micro Center in Indianapolis seeks Retail Warehouse Associates to load/unload merchandise, replenish stock, and maintain store operations in a big box computer retail environment.

Responsibilities include executing Web Pick-Up, processing shipments, maintaining displays, assisting customers, and participating in inventories. High school diploma and MS Office knowledge preferred; lifting up to 50 lbs is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute the 18-minute Web Pick-Up process and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Process incoming and outgoing shipments (including pick-packs, backhauls, returns).
• Maintain clean, stocked, and merchandised store areas.
• Support loss prevention and participate in inventory activities.
• Assemble floor displays and re-sets.
• Assist customers with carry-in/out and open/close procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
