Valley Wide Cooperative in Salmon, Idaho is seeking a Retail Warehouse Associate - C-Store to manage inventory, rotate stock, and fill propane while keeping the warehouse orderly. This safety-sensitive role supports daily store operations and requires keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities include acknowledging customers, assisting with product information, operating forklifts, inspecting equipment, loading/unloading trucks, and stocking inventory.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Must be certified to operate forklift.
• Must be willing to become propane certified upon hire.
• Acknowledge all customers, employees, and vendors in a friendly and appropriate manner.
• Ability to multitask and determine order of need and task priority based on level of importance.
• Ability to communicate using proper telephone etiquette with customers, other employees, and vendors.
• Must have a strong team player focus in all interactions.
• Must exhibit a professional and positive image.

The position of Warehouse Associate is of great significance to Valley Wide Cooperative. A person in this position is accountable for inventory control and product rotation, along with maintaining areas and keeping them orderly, filling propane, etc. Warehouse employees are required to perform all required tasks with the utmost concentration and dedication. This is a safety-sensitive position.
