Quality Talent Group is seeking a Retail Warehouse Associate to join our client’s logistics team in Indiana. You will support daily warehouse operations, material handling, and ensure merchandise is ready for customers while upholding safety and quality standards.

Responsibility includes receiving, storing, organizing inventory, operating forklifts and pallet jacks safely, and assisting with cycle counts. Strong teamwork and reliability are essential traits for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move up to 100 lbs (with assistance as needed).
• Experience in warehouse, retail, or material handling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, move, store, assemble, and prepare furniture.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely (forklifts, pallet jacks, lifts, dollies).
• Inspect and prepare merchandise to meet quality standards.
• Load, unload, organize, and stage inventory.
• Perform minor repairs, touch-ups, and repackaging.
• Assist with inventory tracking, cycle counts, and audits.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Support a positive customer experience.
