Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Retail Warehouse Associate for a longtime client dedicated to teamwork, efficiency and safety since 1945. The role supports daily warehouse operations, product preparation, inventory handling, and ensuring merchandise is ready for customers.

You will operate warehouse equipment safely, receive and stage inventory, perform minor repairs and touch-ups, assist with audits, and help maintain a clean, organized workspace while delivering a positive customer

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move up to 100 lbs (with assistance as needed).
• Experience in warehouse, retail, or material handling preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable and safety-focused.

Responsibilities

• Receive, move, store, assemble, and prepare furniture.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely (forklifts, pallet jacks, lifts, dollies).
• Inspect and prepare merchandise to meet quality standards.
• Load, unload, organize, and stage inventory.
• Perform minor repairs, touch-ups, and repackaging.
• Assist with inventory tracking, cycle counts, and audits.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Support a positive customer experience.
