Quality Talent Group is seeking a Retail Warehouse Associate for a client in Indiana. You will support daily warehouse operations, product preparation, inventory handling, and ensure merchandise is ready for customers.

Responsibilities include moving and storing furniture, operating forklifts and pallet jacks safely, inspecting merchandise, stocking, and assisting with audits while upholding safety and quality standards to maintain an efficient, customer-focused operation.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Experience in warehouse, retail, or material handling preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Clear communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, move, store, assemble, and prepare furniture
• Operate warehouse equipment safely (forklifts, pallet jacks, lifts, dollies)
• Inspect and prepare merchandise to meet quality standards
• Load, unload, organize, and stage inventory
• Perform minor repairs, touch-ups, and repackaging
• Assist with inventory tracking, cycle counts, and audits
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Support a positive customer experience
