Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Retail Warehouse Associate for a client in the Tampa Bay area. You will support daily warehouse operations, prepare products for customers, and help ensure merchandise is safe, organized, and ready for display.

Responsibilities include receiving, moving and storing inventory, operating forklifts and pallet jacks safely, conducting quality checks, assisting with cycle counts, and maintaining a clean workspace while contributing to a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift/move up to 100 lbs with assistance as needed.
• Experience in warehouse, retail, or material handling preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable and safety-focused.

Responsibilities

• Receive, move, store, assemble, and prepare furniture
• Operate warehouse equipment safely (forklifts, pallet jacks, lifts, dollies)
• Inspect and prepare merchandise to meet quality standards
• Load, unload, organize, and stage inventory
• Perform minor repairs, touch-ups, and repackaging
• Assist with inventory tracking, cycle counts, and audits
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Support a positive customer experience
