Quality Talent Group is recruiting a Retail Warehouse Associate in California to support daily warehouse operations, product prep, and inventory handling, ensuring merchandise is ready for customers. You will help maintain efficiency, safety, and quality standards while contributing to a positive customer experience and smooth store operations.

Responsibilities include receiving, moving and staging inventory, operating forklifts and pallet jacks safely, and assisting with cycle counts and audits

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Experience in warehouse, retail, or material handling preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Operate warehouse equipment safely (forklifts, pallet jacks, lifts, dollies).

• Perform minor repairs, touch-ups, and repackaging.
• Assist with inventory tracking, cycle counts, and audits.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Support a positive customer experience.
