Job summary

Quality Talent Group is recruiting on behalf of a longstanding Florida retailer for a Retail Warehouse Associate. You will support daily warehouse operations, prepare inventory, and ensure merchandise is ready for customers while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will operate warehouse equipment safely, assist with inventory counts, perform minor repairs or repackaging, and help maintain a clean, organized workspace while delivering excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, retail, or material handling preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, move, store, assemble, and prepare furniture.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely (forklifts, pallet jacks, lifts, dollies).
• Inspect and prepare merchandise to meet quality standards.
• Load, unload, organize, and stage inventory.
• Perform minor repairs, touch-ups, and repackaging.
• Assist with inventory tracking, cycle counts, and audits.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Support a positive customer experience.
