Quality Talent Group is seeking a Retail Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, product preparation, and inventory handling. You will ensure merchandise is ready for customers and maintain safety and quality standards.

You will handle furniture preparation, operate forklifts and pallet jacks, and assist with cycle counts. Strong teamwork and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move up to 100 lbs with assistance as needed.
• Experience in warehouse, retail, or material handling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, move, store, assemble, and prepare furniture
• Operate warehouse equipment safely (forklifts, pallet jacks, lifts, dollies)
• Inspect and prepare merchandise to meet quality standards
• Load, unload, organize, and stage inventory
• Perform minor repairs, touch-ups, and repackaging
• Assist with inventory tracking, cycle counts, and audits
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Support a positive customer experience
