Quality Talent Group's client seeks a Retail Warehouse Associate in Mango, FL to support daily warehouse operations, inventory handling, and merchandise preparation for customers.

You will move and store furniture, operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment, while ensuring quality and safety standards and contributing to a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Able to lift and move up to 100 lbs (with assistance as needed).
• Experience in warehouse, retail, or material handling preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Receive, move, store, assemble, and prepare furniture.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely (forklifts, pallet jacks, lifts, dollies).
• Inspect and prepare merchandise to meet quality standards.
• Load, unload, organize, and stage inventory.
• Perform minor repairs, touch-ups, and repackaging.
• Assist with inventory tracking, cycle counts, and audits.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Support a positive customer experience.
