Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in a single store, owning start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage updates, price changes, and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and teammates, delivering legendary service guided by GURA.

You will maintain planogram integrity, complete measurements, and ensure accurate pricing while promoting safety and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or merchandising experience required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reading, writing and counting ability required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Make the customer a priority with legendary service using GURA.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Team Members may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
