Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive training programs and materials to field merchandisers, including manuals, presentations, and visual aids.
  • Travel up to 75 miles within assigned territory.
  • Conduct on-site and virtual training sessions on standards, product features, and promotional campaigns.
  • Train field merchandisers on product placement, signage, and display techniques to maximize impact and sales.
  • Provide hands-on coaching and feedback during store visits to address performance gaps.

  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through metrics, observations, and feedback.
  • Update training materials based on product changes and industry trends.

Experience and Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED required.

  • Proficient in operating a smartphone and apps, sending/receiving emails, sending/receiving text messages, E-learning platforms.

  • Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and be available for occasional weekend work.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements
  • Have good vision and the ability to stand, walk, sit, stoop, and kneel.

  • Be willing and able to work in cold environments conditions.
