Job summary

You will report to the District Manager and oversee onboarding, provide ongoing support, and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced retail environment. This role emphasizes talent development and effective training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong listening and interpersonal abilities to engage diverse individuals.
• High school diploma or equivalent or ability to obtain through The Excel Center.
• Technologically proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher).
• Proven experience in teaching, training, or group facilitation with ability to motivate diverse learners.

Responsibilities

• Utilize training documentation to track new hire progress and provide updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Complete onboarding documentation, including Form I-9, and coordinate with Store and District Managers regarding paperwork and training status.
• Collect and relay feedback from new hires to improve onboarding experience.
• Participate in retail meetings to stay informed about company updates and training initiatives.

Compensation:
