Job summary

Pomp is hiring a Tire Technician to join our team in Monona, Wisconsin. You will mount, dismount, and replace tires on passenger vehicles, inspect for additional needs, and perform rotations and balancing to ensure safe driving. Strong communication with customers and teammates is essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to read and verify work orders and communicate with customers and teammates.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, and replace tires on passenger vehicles.
• Assess and troubleshoot customer tire needs to provide effective solutions.
• Inspect vehicles for any additional maintenance or repair needs.
• Perform tire rotations, balancing, and repairs as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and ensure proper upkeep of tools and equipment.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by the manager to support operations.
