Job summary

Pomp's Tire Service in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Tire Technician to help keep vehicles rolling safely. You will mount, dismount, and replace tires, assess customer needs, and perform tire related maintenance in a fast-paced shop.

This role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally, strong communication with customers, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Training and opportunities for advancement are provided.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, and replace tires on passenger vehicles.
• Assess and troubleshoot customer tire needs to provide effective solutions.
• Inspect vehicles for any additional maintenance or repair needs.
• Perform tire rotations, balancing, and repairs as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and ensure proper upkeep of tools and equipment.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by the manager to support operations.
