Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of related experience or equivalent. Master’s with 3+ years; PhD with relevant experience.
• Experience in technical marketing, solutions engineering, product management, or customer-facing engineering roles.
• Experience developing technical marketing content, white papers, deployment guides, and customer-facing collateral.
• Experience delivering technical presentations and demonstrations to executives and enterprise audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Cisco’s retail technology authority (Cisco Vision, intelligent retail analytics) and travel up to 50-70%.
• Translate retail feedback into product requirements and influence roadmaps with cross-functional teams.
• Develop repeatable deployment strategies and create demos, collateral, and reference architectures for retail use cases.
• Document deployments into case studies and create training content for field and partner readiness.
