Cisco is seeking a Technical Marketing Engineer (TME) for the Smart Cameras and Digital Experience solutions in the Retail vertical. You will bridge customers with Product Management, Engineering, UX and Sales, spending substantial time in the field to gather feedback, validate concepts, and drive solution adoption across multi-site retail environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of related experience, Master's with 3+ years, or PhD with relevant experience.
Experience in technical marketing, solutions engineering, product management, or customer-facing engineering roles.
Experience developing technical marketing content, white papers, deployment guides, and customer-facing collateral.
Experience delivering technical presentations and demonstrations to executives and enterprise audiences.

Responsibilities

Translate retail operational feedback into product requirements and roadmaps.
Develop tailored technical demos and collateral for retail use cases (loss prevention, occupancy analytics, etc).
Travel 50-70% to customer locations and industry events to build relationships.
Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, UX, and Sales to validate concepts and drive adoption.
