Job summary

Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer in Michigan is seeking full-time Retail Sales Consultants who deliver world-class service to Every Guest. You will connect guests to technology, share product knowledge, and create the ultimate in-store experience, with uncapped earning potential through commission.

You will work with store leaders to meet monthly sales goals, assist with merchandising, and participate in NHU training, with pay averaging $40k–$64k per year plus benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
• Be a passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it.
