Job summary

Victra is seeking a full-time Sales Consultant to deliver world-class service in our Verizon premium retail store. You will drive sales, share product knowledge, and create a memorable in-store experience for every guest.

You can advance with performance, collaboration, and opportunity across our network. Expect paid training, benefits, and a ramp-up period during which your earnings combine a base hourly rate with uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
• Be passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it!
