In this role, you will connect guests with what matters most through product knowledge and exceptional service, creating a memorable in-store experience. As a full-time Victra Retail Sales Consultant, you will drive sales, mentor or collaborate with peers, and deliver an outstanding guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and during peak periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally allowed to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
• Be passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it!
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what our customers need.
• Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.
• Foster a competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Assist with merchandising and operational functions.
