Comcast Xfinity in California is seeking a retail associate who can engage customers, demonstrate product features, and deliver outstanding service while helping shoppers understand their bills and sign up for services.

You will work in a fast-paced store, meet sales targets, maintain product knowledge, and promote the Comcast brand. This role rewards energy, curiosity, teamwork, and a passion for technology with training and uncapped earnings potential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular, punctual attendance.
• Ability to carry and move 25 pounds and move around the store.

Responsabilités

• Engaging customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance their shopping experience.
• Providing outstanding customer service with all customer interactions.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction through follow‑up and service excellence.
• Helping customers interpret and clarify their account statements and pay their bills in the store.
• Answering questions on current or new services, making changes to account data, upgrading levels of service, and processing general service requests.
• Acting as brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
• Providing expert‑level understanding and passion around technology and Comcast products and services.
• Maintaining detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information.
• Contributing to a fun and competitive environment and connecting products to customers’ lifestyles.
