Position Summary & Key Responsibilities:

  1. Understand the global retail market and NCR offerings to develop opportunities for revenue growth and margin improvement.
  2. Pre-installation consultation: assess customer needs, review installation plans, and provide system functionality and training information.
  3. Installation support: collaborate with technicians, troubleshoot issues, and ensure proper setup.
  4. Post-installation: conduct system testing, provide user training, and resolve technical issues.
  5. Maintain technical knowledge of products, industry trends, and documentation.
  6. Onboard new offerings, standardize deployment processes, and manage cost reductions.

Required Skills:

  • Strong technical knowledge in networking, audio-visual, or security systems.
  • 10-15 years of experience in retail store tech installation.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to interpret technical documentation and work independently or in teams.

Preferred Experience:

  • Retail industry domain knowledge.
  • Knowledge of NCR products and retail architectures.
