As a full-time Retail Sales Consultant, you will drive sales, learn from peers, and provide resolutions while delivering an exceptional in-store experience. Training is provided, and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with customers to find solutions.
• Completion of NHU training within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
• Be passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it!
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what our customers need.
• Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.
• Foster a competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Assist with merchandising and operational functions.
