THE ROLE: RETAIL TEAM MEMBER (UWS)

What you'll do:

1. Provide a high level of customer service and hospitality: You will interact with all kinds of people, including regulars and international visitors eager to try our products.
2. Maintain product knowledge of all baked goods, sandwiches, and pizzas: Be an expert in all things Levain and offer informed suggestions to customers.
3. Take initiative, be proactive, and ask questions: We value development and learning new skills—show your interest!
4. Be a team player and a positive influence on coworkers: Our staff support each other and enjoy working together.
5. Stay calm and composed under pressure, maintaining a good sense of humor.

Compensation:

• $17 - $19.25
• Tips eligible
